"Easy return and quick refund!!!"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part from autoabc.shop and had to return it!!! The instructions were clear, and support got back to me faster than I expected!!! Once they received the part, my refund showed up a few days later. Super simple process, no hassle at all!!!

I ordered a couple of parts from autoabc.shop and they showed up without any issues. They do the job, but the quality felt average to me. One of the items seemed a little cheaper than I was expecting, though maybe it’s just me being picky. It works fine for now, so I can’t complain too much, but I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up over time. For the price, it’s okay

I ordered a couple of car parts from autoabc.shop, and the prices were better than most other places I looked at... so that was a nice surprise. The parts seem decent so far, and while the packaging wasn’t amazing, everything arrived in one piece.
Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but considering what I paid, I can’t complain too much... I’d probably order from them again if the prices stay this good.

"Fitment info was wrong"
The part didn’t fit my car like the site said it would. Frustrating, especially when you’re relying on one of those automated fitment checkers that’s supposed to know this stuff. Ended up being a hassle I didn’t need

"I wasn’t really sure when it would..."
I wasn’t really sure when it would arrive, but it actually got here faster than I thought it would. The packaging was kind of rough, which made me a little unsure at first, but everything seemed okay. Overall, I’m happy with it, mostly because the delivery was quick.

I ordered from autoabc.shop and the packaging was good overall, I guess. The box showed up mostly fine, though one corner was kind of crushed, which had me a little confused at first. But the part inside seemed okay and was wrapped decently, so I’m not really sure if it was a big deal or not. Not perfect, but nothing actually bad happened. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I thought autoabc.shop was really simple to get around. The pages loaded quickly and I didnt have to click all over the place to find what I needed. Checkout was easy to follow too. It wasnt confusing at all, just a smooth shopping experience overall

"Support came through, but took a bit"
I did hear back from support eventually, and I appreciate that they answered. It just took longer than I expected. I think the right thing is to keep customers updated a little sooner, even if the full answer takes time.
